As someone listed in the 'do not call' I feel that my intent not be called by man or machine is clear. If the marketer does in fact have the 'established business relationship' they claim then they should seek my opt-in for such calls. At the very least 'established business relationship' should be narrowly defined. For example if I make a signle purchase of a product from marketers store that should not be sufficiant to estable such relationship
