NO! NO! NO! Just look at the name of the list: it's the DO NOT CALL list. That means: DO NOT CALL me with a sales pitch! It doesn't mean, DO NOT CALL, except if it's with a pre-recorded message. Think about it! If you're calling someone with a pre-recorded sales message, you're still CALLING them! When I signed up for this list, I did so because I thought it would protect my family and me from being disturbed by sales calls. Whether such calls are pre-recorded or not really doesn't matter -- what matters is the invasion of my privacy by the call itself. Do not allow this outrageous and obviously inappropriate loophole to be successful.
