I am opposed to the proposed amendments to the current regulations. This change appears to benefit the interests of the marketers, and not the people this policy is designed to protect. Further, I see no compelling reason to make the change provided by those who propose it. What does it mean to require the use of "technology that ensures abandonment" of phone calls, anyway? At the risk of sounding slightly lewd, the marketing whores can piss off.
