I was trilled when the Do Not Call list finally went into effect. Leave it to the telemarketers to find a loop-hole. I want the loop-hole changed. I do not want them calling me or a machine calling me. If I want their product I will call them at my convenience. I pay for my phone service and I also pay for it to be unlisted and unpublished. Just because I have done business with them I feel that they should not contact me -period- unless there is something wrong with my account, not to sell me something I do not want. My phone service is for MY CONVENIENCE not for them to try and make a buck. If they want to sell stuff they can set up a website like the thousands of other companies trying to make a buck.
