|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:Do NOT use the do not call list for calls! Are you people out of your minds? The do not call list was created to protect people from calls. If it is used in any way for marketing it is abuse of the trust of the citizens. It doesn't matter if it is pre-recorded or if some telemarketer makes up a reason to meet the criteria for an established relationship: IT'S NOT RIGHT. The no call list is to prevent calls. Plain and simple. Anything else is wrong.
