I think the FTC is missing a point, here: the FCC has a "Do Not Call" list, and now you want to throw it away so people can go back to being telemarketed? Whether the message is live or Memorex, IT IS STILL PHONE SPAM. In case you missed my point, I'm saying "NO!!!" to allowing this kind of annoying stupidity.
