DO NOT open any loopholes in the Do Not Call list, PLEASE. Any commercial call to my home is an intrusion that is always unwelcome. I have never purchased anything from a telemarketwit and never will, the same applies to all forms of SPAM. Pre-recorded are the most annoying of all. I am a computer programmer, I tell machines what to do, they never tell me what to do. This is just a cheap replacement for the old boiler room call center. I am a taxpayer and your organisation works for me, and other individuals, not for corporate greed. The do Not Call list is the best thing to come out of Washington in thirty years because it's one of the few things that works. Please don't screw it up.
