Please don't start finding loopholes in the current do not call law. It's bad enough that Congress exempted themselves and their election solicitations when they created this law. Don't add more people who can just ignore it The reason we citizens sign up to be on the do not call list is that we DO NOT want to be bothered. It doesn't matter who thinks their call is important to us, we just DON'T want it. There is no reason in the world that these folks who want an exemption can't drop their pitch into the US Mail and contact us. Heck, it might even prevent next year's postal rate increase.
