I entered my phone numbers with the intent of not receiving unsolicited phone messages. My cell phone number does not receive any telemarketing and I don't want any which is why I signed up for the do-not-call list in the first place. To put my cell phone number into the hands of telemarketers deliberately is the worst kind of bait-and-switch that I can imagine. Shame on you for even considering such a "flip-flop" on this issue.
