Comments:
Do not allow the National "Do Not Call List" to be subverted by permitting 'pre-recorded message telemarketing.' This is an impingement on people's privacy, and is far more detrimental than you believe. I dislike being called during times that I spend with my family, or religious occasions. These telemarketers have no compunction about calling during these inconvenient times--in the evening and during these well-known religious holidays. Thank You.
