This kind of change in the regulation will only make the "Do Not Call" list itself useless. If there is a loophole available at all, it will be exploited to its fullest and cause a drastic increase in the number of telemarketing calls received by people on the "Do-Not-Call" List, thereby making the list irrelevant at best. It only seems to be in corporate interest to change the regulations, despite the original outcry of the people that created the regulations in the first place. Please do not allow this kind of change to the regulations, if you are really interested in protecting people's privacy. Thank you.
