I oppose the proposal to permit telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers, on the grounds that prerecorded messages are even more likely to cause problems for the recipient because there's no fast and easy way to interrupt the recording to tell the caller to place the recipient on their do-not-call list.
