I am against the inclusion of loopholes in the do-not-call registry. The FTC should not be creating profit for commercial companies at the expense of the people's privacy and comfort. This change will just inconvenience people without benefitting them. The provision "established business relationship" is vague, and will only cause more legal battles at the people's expense.
