First off, I deny you the right to trade my contact information or name with any person or company for any reason whatsoever. Secondly, I can't believe you're going to put a loophole in the do not call list to allow companies to call my home with a prerecorded message. If people wanted this service, they would sign up for the call list. Why is everything this FCC, FTC, and FDA do is in the intrest of corporations. I don't know how much they are legally and illegally sliding you, but come one. Have some integrity. Take their money and then do what is best for the people. Show them the government is no longer for sale. Do you realize how obvious this is to the average American today. In the 70's everyone was an idiot and trusted the governement. Now, becuase of of governement bodies like yours, I'd say 50% of America doesn't trust you, and the other 50% doesn't know whether to. I know that is going a little far from my point. I dont want to have to pick up the phone and hear more prerecorded messages. This election period was the first time I was exposed to this and it infuriated me. You can pay to plaster your message all over the TV, have a moviemaker make a movie about your point, buy posters, buy advertisement in papers and radio; aren't there enough outlets for politicians and companies alike to get their point to me. Does my day have to be 100% saturated with marketing? In the end, doesn't this marketing bombardment actually hender business? The more you expose people to advertising wise, the less they pay attention to. Why, as the FTC, let marketing become worthless. If you open up this avenue of marketing, what more are you going to open? How long before they become inafective? How intrusive into people's everyday lives will they be? Thanks for everything.
