Please do not allow Allen Hile of the FTC's division of marketing practice open the Do-Not Call list to allow for pre-recorded message even if a pre-existing relationship exists. I have a cell phone and I will waste my precious allotment of minutes each month having to deal with what would be a barrage of SPAM like phone calls. I detest email SPAM (Dont you?) and this would just be another encroachment into my already limited privacy by marketers that I dont want. Thank You, Jay Niemeyer
