Dear Sir/Madam: The Do-Not-Call list has improved my quality of life significantly. Where as earlier I used to be nervous about picking up phone calls because it could be a telemarketer (besides suffering the aggravation of being called at odd times), now I can be sure that most incoming calls are from my family/friends only. Please do not, I repeat, do not, allow for loopholes such as "prerecorded messages if prior business relationships". I request the FTC to not add any further exemptions to this wonderful law. Thanks for all the good work.
