This is completely unacceptable for those of us who use a cellular phone as our house phone. Those unwanted calls and checking those unwanted messages, use minutes that I pay for each month. Even if the number of calls is low, it is still completely unwanted. Loop-hole or not, this is not what I signed up for when I put my information on the Do Not Call registry.
