I strongly object to this proposed rulemaking. I found it very annoying to have to listen fo pre-recorded messages during the last presidential campaign. Now you propose to allow this practice for businesses with which I have an establiched business relationship. I am very upset that you are planning to undermine the national no call list in this manner. Please register my strong dissent with your planned new rule.
