In the Federal Register notice, FTC states that '... the volume of commercial calls that consumers receive may increase' under the proposed change. Please don't adopt such a change. The DO NOT CALL list has been really nice in reducing the quantity of calls, a benefit which I highly value. If anything, I'd like more restrictive definition of the provisions which allow unsolicited telemarketing calls to folks on the DO NOT CALL list.
