Do not open the door to allow either prerecorded or live telemarket messages to anyone. Do not cave in to the telemarket vendors. The law was passed so we would not be subjected to these unwanted messages, either live or prerecorded. They say they will only contact those with whom they already have established a relationship. You know as well as I that that merely opens the floodgate of telemarket messages to everyone. What does "previously established relationship" mean? How can that be defined? This is merely a blind to allow full access to the Public. Lee Springer
