And "an established business relationship" is deturmined how? I called for a price quote? I bought something from them last 30 years ago? I walked in their store? I have the same name as somone they think they remember doing business with? This is a VARY bad idea! The second change would allow a mass burst of unaswered calles to be offset by the rest of the month. Don't do it!! Don't start punching holes in this law and make it worthless! Dump this turkey!
