Having requested my numbers put on the DO NOT CALL list, I would expect it to stay a DO NOT CALL list, and not a "DO NOT CALL UNLESS IT'S A RECORDING" list. The point of the list was not to be annoyed by useless phonecalls, regardless of what or who is on the other end. This is a blatant betrayal of the people who put their numbers on this list, and I would fully expect a class action lawsuit being filed if this loophole is created after the fact. Please drop all consideration of this nonsensical pandering to corporate interests. This is quite simply outrageous. If you open this loophole, you will completely undo the list, and it will serve no purpose whatsoever, as all companies currently using live operators will switch to recordings, which in turn will cost thousands of people their jobs.
