Please do not allow this loophole to be opened. I have thoroughly enjoyed the freedom from harrassment that the do-not-call registry has provided me and my family. The FTC has surely done the American people a huge service! I wish to continue my evenings un-molested by commercialism-by-phone, by interruptions-for-profit. In addition, I would like never to receive telemarketing phone calls from any organization whatsoever, whether or not I have a "business relationship" with them or not.
