Comments:
Pre-recorded calls are the most annoying and dehumanizing telemarketing calls. If I have a previous business relationship with a company, I expect them to go to the basic effort of devoting an actual human to communicate with me, and would cease business with any entity using pre-recorded calls to contact me. Further, recorded calls often do not close the circuit when I hang up for up to a minute, interfering with my ability to use my own phone. Please do not open up this loophole in the DNC list. It has been a blessing in reducing unsolicited telemarketing calls, and I feel that this would cripple its effectiveness.
