The entire idea of signing up on the Do Not Call List is because you don't want these people calling you. People includes the automated, worse than having a real telemarketer call you, machines. I do NOT want these people bothering me in any form or fashion. Furthermore, "prior business relationship" is abused beyond all recognition - "we sent Bob a peice of mail, so we have a prior business relationship." I strongly oppose this measure as you will be defeating the purpose of the DNCL
