Dear Sirs When present to consumers, it was the "Do Not Call List." And that is exactly what I want. I DO NOT want to be called. I do not care if a "real person" is calling, or if it is "pre-recorded message." Before the "Do Not Call List" was available an in effect, _MANY_ of the telemarking calls I received, we automated and contained nothing but a PRE-RECORDED message! If you allow any type of marking call to occur, once a name/number is on the Do Not Call list - you will have removed the purpose of having the list in the first place. Quite simply - I DO NOT WANT TO BE CALLED by telemarketers, in ANY form or fashion! I do not know if there is any want to make this statement any easier .
