I find this to be highly disturbing. The creation of the do not call list was to counteract exactly this type of pointless interruptions over a government controlled communication medium. Enabling marketing companies to violate the do not call list with prerecorded messages is a violation of the act that created the list to begin with, and would serve to counteract the reason for the list in the first place. PEOPLE DO NOT WANT TO BE SOLICITED TO WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT! I DO NOT WANT TO BE SOLICITED TO WITHOUT MY CONSENT!
