Comments:
I do not support the proposed amendment to allow pre-recorded messages from businesses with "established business relationships" to call me. The do-not-call registry has been, in my experience, very successful this past year in preventing phone spam, and I would like it to stay effective by not introducing loopholes of this sort. These pre-recorded phone messages from businesses with an "established business relationship" are just as annoying as people who used to cold call me. As such, they should be treated the same (and not allowed to call). Please support the average person, instead of big business, and do not approve this amendment.
