An unsolicited phone call is an unsolicited phone call. How many different ways can the phrase established ``business relationship'' be interpreted? The proposal also fails to mention whether or not the sales pitches you recieve will be related in any way to your ``business relationship.'' The Direct Marketing Association and its crude tactics (``Let's call thousands of people--four or five of them might buy our shit!'') need to stop harrassing potential customers and start thinking about ways to be more than an annoyance.
