I signed up for the No Call list because I DON'T WANT CALLS for soliciting. I don't want calls by live people NOR PRERECORDED MESSAGES. The response by the public to no call lists should make it perfectly clear people do NOT want these calls. Why someone should even suggest a loophole is beyond me.
