Comments:
I placed my phone numbers on the "Do Not Call" list because I do not want unsolicited telemarketing calls. I am appalled at the way the will of the American public and intent of Congress is continually being subverted by covert rule-making that permits unsolicited calls to phones on the list under the pretext that "this is a survey" or "there is a pre-existing business relationship" or other bogus excuses for disrupting my home life. If this rule passes, please set up an actual "Do Not Call" list, perhaps called the "Do Not Call, This Time We Really Mean It" list on which I can place my phone numbers.
