I think allowing recorded messages from telemarketers would too invasive. Having only a "business relationship" could mean any division of a large corporation or any company that has a "relationship" with a company one might be familiar with. The Do Not Call list has greatly decreased the spam calls that are so irritating. This would be a step in the wrong direction. It would increase the calls not decrease them. Please do not amend the rule. Regards, Tom Husband
