No. I repeat, no! Is there anyone left in Washington who isn't for sale? The idea of the Do-Not-Cal list was NOT to be called! Don't use the loop-hole, CLOSE IT! Don't allow pre-recorded messages. Stop writing legislation with loop-holes. You know when they are being written it is just a political favor to be abused in the near future. Don't do it. Close the loop-hole and DON'T allow pre-recorded messages. P.S. I think it is inappropriate to take any of the personal information entered here and post it to the web site, including last name. State and country is fine, but last name does not need to appear on the site.
