I am opposed to this amendment. Please honor the do-not-call list's principals. If a business truly has an established business relationship with an individual, the individual can give that business the right to call personally (or not). No further legislation is necessary. This amendment would serve businesses at the cost of individual privacy and make the FTC appear arrogant. Don't do it.
