Dear Commission, I will keep my statements limited to save both our times. The clause that is created for telemarketers stating, "...calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship". Is too broad in context and should be refined to the specific parties which it is meant to protect. Creating such a broad and malable description of "established buisness relationship" creates an abudance of possibility of a broad interpitation of buisness relationships. An example being a website having you sign or approve a statement that you are in a buisness relationship with the website creator and all of his fellow buisnesses. Please protect consumers from broadly interpetud buisness relationships which will lead to invasive pre-recorded calls.
