I am concerned about the effort being organized by Mr. Allan Hile, that would allow companies to deliver "pre-recorded message telemarketing" as long as an "established business relationship" exists. This is absolutely unacceptable. The do-not-call list is one of the best things that the FTC has done, and it would be shameful to destroy it by allowing this sort of thing to go on. People have had enough of being called at home with a sales pitch... a pre-recorded sales pitch would be even worse.
