This is an appalling plan. The whole point of the "do not call list" is to eliminate unwanted interuptions. The current policy has made a significant step in that direction. This proposal is clearly a step back. There is no question in my mind that this is NOT what the people who have signed up for, and supported, the current policy would want. Really, it's not even close.
