Comments:
Allowing the telemarkting business entity to determine if 'an established business relationship' already exists would degenerate into absurdity for those who do not want to be solicited. This loop-hole would circumvent the spirit of the do-not-call list and render it in its entirity meaningless. As a Canadian I think the do-not-call list was a fantastic idea and a great step in the right direction. I am happy that my government is now also taking similar steps. Please consider the rights of the private citizen that America values so much when considering this ammendment.
