I'm confused. Do we actually pay the people that came up with the "Do Not Call Registry" and the people who want this "loop-hole" that renders it impotent? Are they the same people? Let's just fire the whole lot of them and use all this wasted money on something usefull. I'm sure these people are getting plenty of money from the "special intrests" anyway -- they'll survive.
