To whom it may concern: I placed my "cellular phone number" on your DO NO CALL list. Up until that point - I'd never received SPAM calls - now I get a minimum of 1 per week. Why is that? This "ammendment" is _NOT_ in the consumer's interest. It is, however, in the interest of the money-grubbing advertising lobby. We've all seen how "effective" the CAN-SPAM Act was. It basically told these people that they CAN SPAM. How many of these advertisers do you think I _really_ have a business relationship with? Answer: None. For once ... do the right thing and do NOT allow this "ammendment" to go forward. Thank you for your time.
