This is the most disgusting loophole imaginable. I demand FTC stop at once attempts to exploit "Do-Not-Call" list for pre-recorded marketing initiatives. FTC should be focusing its attention prosecuting corrupted company head officials (like Haliburton, Enron, Unocal and etc), instead of resorting their efforts in initiatives that undermine privacy and piece of mind of American people.
