I do not support the consideration of a 'pre-recorded message telemarketing' loopwhole allowing vaguely defined pre-existing business relationships to invade my home. I will disconnect my phone and switch to private cell service if this is permitted. Remember, we don't have to be marketed everywhere. Our home should be allowed to be a quiet place if that's what we wish.
