I DISAGREE with THIS proposal. IT does not help/protect the consumer. You should not allow businesses to call people with unsolicated phone calls or based on some flimsy reason. You should do whatever it takes to make sure customers are the ones you are helping. I wont go into every detail, but whatever a business proposes will more than likely be the exact opposite a customer wants when it comes to the phone. Screw small and large businesses that do not respect their customers. Please, god, let the people who decide these issues to stand up for the little guy.
