If a business is doing something that is technically disallowed, but that I consider appropriate, I will not file a complaint and good actors in the marketplace can continue to act appropriately. Bad actors will get complaints and be disciplined. All this will allow is bad actors a place to hide where complaints against them fall on deaf ears.
