Comments:
Very briefly I object to opening up the "Do Not Call" list with additional permissions, or loosening of the existing rules in any way. The numbers I listed include cell-phone numbers that cause a direct charge to the users involved. When I was one of the first to submit numbers for the "Do Not Call" list, I really did mean do not call. I find it annoying that I still get calls, or messages left, from political and other sources that already fit through the generous loopholes in the current rules. Thank you for your time and attention, Tom
