You have GOT to be kidding me?!? Is this the reason why you collected over 50 million numbers so you can then extend them to "established business relationships"? If I have an "established" business relationship with anyone, I would have given them my number and permission to call. There is absolutely no need for your royal dumbasses to butt in and give my number to anybody, specially when you got that number on the pretext that it would be used for a DONOT call registry. This whole thing smells of some smart alec lobbyist brown-nosing your collective asses.
