Do not call means do not call. It does not mean anything else. If someone wants to have a phone without the annoyance of being called by businesses all the time, then that should be their right. I was seriously considering just getting rid of my phone until the do not call list came out. The do not call list is the only thing keeping me from just dumping my phone. If I get any more calls from strangers to my phone I will just drop the phone. Do not open up the do not call list to automated phone calls. Automated phone calls are extra special annoying.
