The loophole to permit "pre-recorded message telemarketing" is just absurd. Only within the past year have we had any sort of peace and to permit pre-recorded telemarketing will simply open to door to more and more interruptions. Those recordings will interrupt our dinner, sleep and all other activities just as much as the "real voices" of telemarketers. To permit such interruptions will totally reverse all of the good the original law was established to address. I absolutely do not support such a loophole to be utilized. The Rev. Canon Grady F. W.
