My first reaction was, "You have got to be kidding me!" This is one of the most stupid proposals I have seen in a decade of stupid ideas. I do NOT want anyone calling me unless I have given them explicit permission to do so. My home is my personal and private domain. No business should have the right to intrude on my solitude. Do NOT pass this measure or any other one resembling it. Businesses do not have a RIGHT to intrude on my privacy. Keep it that way. Thank you. R. E. Van Cleef
