I signed up for the Do Not Call List so that I would not receive calls from telemarketers. This change in the rules would allow telemarketers to call those of us on the Do Not Call List. It seems to me that this is a direct violation of the intent of the Do Not Call List. I do not want to receive unsolicitated calls. That is why I signed up for the list. I would like to know how you plan to allow us to tell the recording that I wish to be removed from their calling list? This a VERY bad idea!
